Under the chairmanship of the Honorable Maulvi Abdul Khaliq (Imdad-ul-Haq), the General Director of the Badghis Provincial Court of Appeals; with the participation of Maulvi Khairullah (Haqyar), a member of the Mufti of the Department of Registration of Documents and Depositories, Maulvi Abdullah (Fani), the Head of the Criminal Court of the City Primary Court, and Maulvi Safiullah (Halimi), a member of the Mufti of the Criminal Court, an administrative meeting was held on 8/6/1446 AH.
