A delegation led by Sheikh Ghulam Hazrat (Abul Munzar), the General Director of the Kandahar Provincial Court of Appeals, visited the primary courts of the Upper Shawalikot and Mianshin districts of Kandahar province on 9/3/1447 AH.
At the beginning of the visit, the delegation held a meeting with the officials of the primary courts, the district governor, and officials of other emirate departments.
In this meeting, among other important issues, emphasis was placed on good coordination,
To hold coordination meetings between courts and other agencies from time to time.
At the end of the visit, the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal inspected the judicial and administrative proceedings of the courts, the presence of the people, and the prisons of the said districts and gave them the necessary instructions to improve the affairs.
