A final judgment is a court decision issued at the last stage of a case, which cannot be appealed or challenged through ordinary legal remedies. It is legally binding and enforceable. Once a final judgment is delivered, the case is considered closed, and the parties are obliged to comply with it. If the parties fail to comply, the court enforces it through compulsory execution measures.
